All our growers are known to us
as a result of personal visits to their plantations. By growing and
building relationships based on trust and understanding, Café Origin are
able to offer absolute guarantees on both quality and traceability.
The particular aroma and flavour captive in every coffee bean results from
each farm’s different washing and drying process, local climate and
skills handed down through generations of the local workforce.
Importantly, our coffees also carry a ‘Quality Certification’ from the
Specialty Coffee Association of the respective source country. This states
that cultivation practices are environmentally friendly and sustainable.
It also means that the workforce receives above average collective wage
contracts, social security and access to education.
