Every valley, every farm, indeed every patch of land is different. Variations in soil acidity, sunshine and micro-climate all lead to the unique flavours of the coffee from each plantation.

If you're planning a trip to Brazil you can see all this for yourself. Simply email us at info@caféorigin.com and we'll arrange for you to visit one of our farms.
